FLAMINGO STRETCHING

For mums, dads, girls and boys, kids... to be lived alone or with the family, an opportunity to play and to try your hand at flamingo movements, discovering the pleasure that can give, even to those who are not really sporty, by doing a workout that is a little out of the box, balancing yoga and dance. Ilaria and Nicola from the YouBalance Studio in Corso Garibaldi, 65, lead a workout in fuchsia. Dress comfortably and get ready to stand on one leg!
